Intermittent fasting is all the rage, people talking about it left and right.. But what the heck it is?

This is not really a fast and it is also no (technically) a diet, but rather a WAY OF EATING.

In simpler terms: it’s making a conscious decision to limit your meal to certain limited hours of the day. Watch this video for a detailed explanation of what it is, how to follow through with it and find out whether or not, this is the right diet regime for YOU!

    I discovered this lifestyle at bodybuilding.com

    I like the idea to not eat after a certain hour, and 6 or 7 pm seem very common sense.
    I don’t think that we should skip meals, rather eat what we need but stop eating in the evening.

    It worked for me before and I’m trying it now again for some stubborn fat – I’ll let you know.

  5. I used intermittent fasting last yr, I reduced calories to 600 on 2 days a week, cut out gluten and lost 33lb in 9 months!!! It does work and is not to hard once you get into a routine, the weight has also stayed off. I went from 188lb to 155lb. I have gained 7lb this yr but that is due to weight training…good luck peeps x
