I checked out their research and I’m sharing my findings here on this video. This will definitely surprise you!

  1. I just watched your video on Blue Zone. I do my family’s needs over mine. I am moderately active all the time during the day. My diet is not meatless but, we are trying to get more fruit and vegetables.

  2. Wow, not surprised by what these Blue Zone people do, but had no idea about this research. Great video as always. You give me information is a way that inspires me to take action. I am meditating and power walking. But what I realized from this video, is moving all the time in life, not just for exercise. This has been challenging since trying to grow my business online and writing. So easy to forget, common sense living! Thanks for the reminder.

  3. Wow these blue zone research is pretty cool. I’m willing to implement the movement strategy today. I also don’t smoke, but I do eat animal products and do not believe they are unhealthy. I think it is important to have a balanced diet including animal meats and fats. Of course we should always choose good quality animal meats. I tried vegetarianism and became very sick from this type of diet, since reintroducing meat I am slowly regaining the health that I lost. Because I am breastfeeding I rely on bone broths, animal proteins, and saturated fats to ensure I am producing good quality milk for my baby.

  4. Wow I found that really fascinating. I was also surprised with eating animal products too. Not surprised to hear about movement though. I don’t smoke so I’m all good there.
