It is a blend of 4 plants/roots: ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper and lemon. Check out the video below and the recipe listed below the video.
This one has:
1 1/2 large lemons (juice only)
4 garlic cloves
2 inches of ginger root
1 tsp of cayenne
Blend and store in the fridge. It lasts about 5 days and you can take 1-2tsp per day.
HINT: to get rid of your dragon’s breath after taking it, eat apples!
