  3. I am a sleep technologist for the government and everything you said was absolutely correct! The techniques before bedtime have great results. A lot of people say that, ” Well not me. My sleep patterns are completely different and that just don’t work for me.” Well when giving an opportunity and a sleep regiment is regulated, a person can sleep up to 6-8 hrs. This is not an overnight process. And when one is serious about sleep and their health time has to be considered. While at times, an appliance such as CPAP is needed to regulate breathing due to sleep apnea, all your advice is sound, and full of acutate advice!
