Ok, I know the topic of poo is a fairly uncomfortable one for many people out there.
But does it have to be?
Truth of the matter is that we are all (technically) doing it every day…. or at least we should.

I’ve been doing colon cleansing with my girl Marika for years. I love what the practice has done for my body, my health and well-being.
