  1. Where do I get a brush like that!? Love the idea, a lot less painful that serious exfoliation in the shower, also what’s the difference between dry/wet?

    • Whole Foods sells them and you can get them on amazon.com as well. When the skin is wet, it gets stretched and it becomes a bit harder to remove dead cells and stimulate the lymphatic system. There are great benefits to exfoliating the skin while wet, just slightly different than those for dry skin. Thanks for commenting!

  2. This is a great video and watching it I immediately went to ebay to search for a body brush. I suffer from dry skin and can’t believe that I’ve never thought that this would be a great way to help improve my skin’s condition. I especially love the thought of brushing then putting sweet almond oil on! Looking forward to seeing the difference!

    • OMG yes Tabitha, give it a try. I have very thin skin and in the winter time it gets really dry and patchy. This will help for sure!
