Bouncing is one of the best exercises available today because it burns calories in a short amount of time, helps the joints and the lymphatic system too!

Give it a try! Check out  your local gym and hop on one of their bouncers and get to know them. Then, consider getting one for home.

  1. Hm, intriguing, do you just bounce or do you do something else while you bounce, like hold weights or make specific movements? Thanks for sharing Jovanka!

    • Yes, you can run in place while you bounce, mimic the movements you normally do in classes like kickboxing or bootcamp and add ankle or arm weights. In addition, most bouncers come with an introductory DVD with simple routines you can follow while you bounce. Hope this helps! Thanks for the comment.

  5. I have a Rebounder and have attended a Rebounder class that was discontinued about a year ago. I really did enjoy the class and saw and improvement in overall health, specifically balance, digestive system, and weight control. I still workout but had stop rebounding because the class was canceled. I will take your advise and start doing it at home. It was so much better in a class with others. Thanks for discussing this subject.
