  1. Been trying Flax Seeds and Flax Seed Oil, Psysilium Husk and adding fiber to my diet. And also drinking a lot of water, but the water makes me get up 4 or 5 times during the night to urinate. Hard to get any real good sleep.
    Am I on the right track?

    1. Yes! The getting up at night to pee may be a bit of trace mineral deficiency. I take a magnesium citrate pill (250 mg) and a pinch of sea salt at night and it solves the problem!

  2. I have tried everything under the sun ! My one cabinet is so full of supplements and vitamins, it’s almost embarrassing!!! The one thing that I have found to work for me is, I drink a teaspoon of baking soda and water and follow that with lemon juice and water. The reaction of the two right after each other cleans out whatever was in there causing a blockage. GONE IN MINUTES !!! Tried tested and true results every time.
