What To Do To Keep Toxins Away

In the past I have talked about the 7 main reasons why detoxing is so important and why you should detox. On this video, I want to give you a few great tips to help keep those pesky toxins away!

 

There are just too many of them all around you and it will be impossible to fully avoid them. BUT, there is much you can do to help minimize the damage that these chemicals do to your body.

  1. Great video! I implement all of the tips. I’m a vegetarian. I eat a gluten-free diet with lots of other whole grains like brown rice and quinoa. I eat a lot of organic foods and my goal is to eat 100% organic. I cleanse. I don’t eat processed foods and I don’t eat most of the 5 whites (I do use some salt but mostly sea salt). I drink at least 10 cups of water a day and about 1/2 is filtered. I don’t drink bottled water. I exercise for an hour, 4 times a week with my personal trainer, plus cardio on my own about 2 times a week (I plan to increase that to 3 times). And I have a regular, daily spiritual practice.
