What Is The Food Combination Diet?

How can I eat a healthy and balanced diet and lose weight at the same time, while avoiding the dreaded yo-yo effect? The answer maybe is Food Combining.

Food Combining or Food Combination Diet is based on the principle of separating specific foods and eating them at certain meals for good metabolism and proper digestion.

    1. Thanks! It is a bit tricky at first but you can start slow and ease your way into it. Yes, eating fruit early in the day is probably the best way to insure that it is eaten alone. Soy milk can be combined with grains and starches as well as protein. Thanksfor the comment!

  3. please give me breakfast, lunch & dinner menus as far as food combining is concerned. I need to know what foods should be eaten with other foods so that digestion can occur. I have problems with constipation & need help with this problem. you also said to take magnesium for constipation. what is the best magnesium to take & dosage.
