This was a great interview Jovanka! Bex is lovely and your energy was great together. I had some of my questions answered! I was wondering if yoga was enough for me to stay in shape. I have recently felt the urge to do more yoga and less weight training. I feel it is better for my body, plus I love the spiritual benefits, but I was concerned about my muscle tone and potential weight gain. Thank you again!
