  1. Hi Jovanka,
Regarding Magnesium, I don’t know which type to buy. The store I went to carries these types:

    Magnesium 30 tablets
    Calcium & Magnesium
    Magnesium Citrate
    Magnesium Chelate
    Chelated Magnesium

Can you suggest what type I should buy to help with sleep.
    Thanks,
    Jimmy

    1. The one my doctor recommended was Magnesium Citrate as it is the easiest to absorb. Avoid magnesium carbonate, sulfate, gluconate, and oxide (hard to absorb).

  2. I have had success with diffusing Young Living Lavender oil at night. It is a 100% pure therapeutic grade oil so I also apply it behind my ears or under my nose. Great stuff!

  3. Hello Jovanka!

I have been a subscriber for quite some time now but have never left a comment! I love what you do and I am so inspired by your work.

I have a question regarding the herbal remedy for sleep: Do you heat everything in a pot on a stove? I never use a microwave so I’m assuming this is an effective method. Also, you say to warm, so I shouldn’t bring to a boil?

Thank You Jovanka! Keep up the life changing work 🙂

    1. Thanks for the comment & compliments! So sweet of you! To answer your question, yes, I use the stove, never the microwave. And you can heat to the point of boil but it is not necessary. Hope this helps!
