Wow, great tip. I wouldn’t have guessed this would be a way to de-gas veggies and beans. I’ve always heard that using baking soda was pretty good for beans.

I was just told that the proper phrase would be “de-gas” so thank you for that!
This is fantastic, I haven’t tried this particular tip, but I do soak my grains & legumes overnight with water and a bit of whey which seems to help. Also I’ve found paying attention to foods that I may be sensitive to and removing them from my diet helps.
