Medical and recreational cannabis is all the rage today and for good reason. When it come to treating and managing chronic pain cannabis is considered one of the most effective herbal blends available.
Sadly, cannabis is still not available to many people in the US and other countries due to its status as an illegal drug. So, if you live in an area where cannabis is not available or legal to use, what natural cure alternatives do you have? Here are 4 of my favorite herbal remedies to help with pain, naturally:
Fever Few
A medicinal plant traditionally used for the treatment of fevers, migraine headaches, rheumatoid arthritis, stomach aches, toothaches, insect bites, infertility, and problems with menstruation and labor during childbirth.
Arnica
Arnica is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. It is also applied to the skin for insect bites, arthritis, muscle and cartilage pain, chapped lips, and acne.
CA Poppy
Mostly used for nerve pain, various psychiatric conditions, blood vessel problems, sensitivity to weather changes, and sedation.
Also for long term mental and physical tiredness.
Kava Kava
Kava Kava for tension headaches and neuropathic pain
Have you tried any of these? Which ones and how was your experience? Let me know in the comments below.
