INGREDIENTS
½ cup coconut oil
1 cap of magnesium
10 drops lavender oil
HOW TO:
In a jar, add magnesium and coconut oil. Stir.
Add in lavender oil and mix again. Pour the solution in a spray bottle.
Spray it on your feet before bedtime. Massage and wear socks.
