Mood swings are a normal part of life. Essential Oils
- Chamomile Essential Oil
- Orange Essential Oil
- Frankincense Essential Oil
Instructions
- Add 1-2 drops of each oil in your palms
Herbs
- Rhodiola
- Ashwagandha
- Lemon Balm
Tinctures:
- 20-30 drops of each herbal tinctures in about 4 oz of water
