Are you uncomfortable, bloated AND constipated (and not happy about it)?

You’re not alone.

Tens of millions of people suffer from constipation more than 3 times a week.

In fact, there are tons of people out there that can go up to a week without going!! WOW!

You shouldn’t have to suffer through that. Pooping is a natural process that should happen effortlessly 2-3 times per day if you are healthy and eat the foods that your body was genetically designed to eat.

But in this crazy, stressful modern world, even when you eat the right foods, sometimes your stomach and digestive system can get a little out of sorts, affecting your elimination process and making you miserable in the process.

Check out the video to find out how to get relief to your pooping issues once and for all!

Have you suffered from constipation more than once in the last month? How did you solve the problem?

Which ones of the tips mentioned in the video are you willing to try next?

Leave a message and let me know!

  1. Great tips Jovanka! I often hear that you are supposed to have movements 3 times a day. I don’t always make that but I try to consciously get alot of fiber to keep things moving.

    • Thanks for the candor Christina. Yes, let’s keep things moving and take the crap out!

    • Actually constipation if not that hard to deal with, though so many people tried lots of products not work out like me did, but finally I found something solved my problem:

    • Hi – I take 250 mg nightly. Regarding the enzymes, I stick to vegetarian formulas from different manufacturers. A couple of brands I like are Bluebonnet and Nature’s Way. Go to Whole Foods or your local health food store and ask the attendant. They will offer a few good options. Thanks for posting!

  3. Hello, I understand you can take too much magnezium. Is this correct?

    • If you use a supplement I wouldn’t use more than 350 mg per day. If you consume a magnesium rich diet (almonds, oatmeal, legumes, dark leafy green veggies), you shouldn’t have any issues. You’ll always better off eating the real foods rather than supplementing. Your body will metabolize what it needs and discard the rest. Hope this helps!

  8. Hello Jovanka! I just love how real and authentic you are. I honestly look forward to your videos and posts when ever I see them in my inbox :).
I was wondering what brand of magnesium you suggest? I used to use CALM and stopped just because I ran out and haven’t gotten around to get more. I would love to know your professional preference and opinion.

    • OMG, so sweet, thanks! Yes, CALM hands down is my favorite (much better than pills). When I travel, I do use pills and Blue Bonnet is my go-to brand. Hope this helps!

  9. I am going to try the magnesium you suggest. I also drink 8 oz. of plum (not prune) juice daily and find that helps! Thanks.

    • Yes! Plums are amazing too!
