Through your advice about trying a non-gluten diet, I was not only able to learn some new eating habits but I did end up feeling much better internally, gained energy and I think it even aided my weight loss. I still sneak in a good piece of bread every now and then, but over all I must admit I feel better using gluten free foods now.
