As a reminder, this is a food-based, vegan cleanse since we now know that your body craves warming foods that are grounding, nurturing and comforting. Those don’t have to mean fried, doughy shit. We could still boost our detox channels with a food-based winter detox. Here’s how to do it.

  1. Jovanka what if I can’t/don’t eat Lentils? Is there another soup I can make in place of the Day 2 dinner soup Lentil /carrot Soup?


    1. Of course! You can try carrot ginger soup, split pea soup or any other simple vegetable soup with lots of veggies and some kale. You want this soup to have some protein but no animal protein and definitely no dairy.
