Ever wonder how to do a food allergy elimination diet? IF you are having food allergies or intolerances, you might want to eliminate certain foods from your diet for a few weeks, allow your body to heal and then slowly re-introduce foods to help you learn what helps and what doesn’t.

  2. Thanks, Jovanka. I’ve been looking into doing an elimination diet because I’m allergic to something new. I already eat a vegetarian, gluten-free diet and I also have some allergies (so I don’t eat certain other foods either) . . . and now I have a new one that I need to specify. I’m pretty sure it’s a nightshade thing, but we’ll see.
