Hi Jovanka, thanks for this information. My question is how to take these herbs as there are so many. What is your suggestions on what and when to use.
I love taking the herbs in tea form (infusions) or in tincture form. Tinctures are very potent so just a few drops into a glass of water will provide all the benefits of the herb without the need to prepare or depend on hot water for the tea. Hope this helps!
Also, for disease prevention, taking them once or twice per day is plenty. Thanks!
