Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp dried oregano
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
1 Serrano pepper (less if you don’t like spice)
3 garlic cloves
1 full lemon zest
1 cup of oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender or small food processor, blend until smooth. Safe in a glass jar and place in the fridge until it’s time to use. Spread over your veggies, rice or quinoa right before consuming and enjoy!
