Detox is a process your body does naturally without us even knowing it. However, the capacity of your body’s detoxification process is not endless. AND your body may not be equipped to handle the barrage of toxicity is it exposed to.
The more toxins we are exposed to, the harder the body has to work at eliminating these toxins. The list of toxins that could potentially harm our bodies is almost endless. You haven’t even left your house, and you’re already ingesting dozens of these chemicals, pollutants and carcinogens.
